Financial Literacy Workshop
This program will cover some banking basics, budgeting, establishing credit and tips on debt management resources.
Topics covered will include:
- how to choose a checking account and ways to avoid overdraft fees
- the various types of savings accounts available
- how to better manage your money and create a budget so you know where your money is going instead of wondering where it went
- strategies, tips, and tools to establish a budget and achieve your financial goals
- how credit scores and reports work and how understanding them can help you achieve your financial goals
- how credit cards work, what features to look for, and how to manage a credit card responsibly
